About Megan Steward

I graduated from Manchester University after 3 years of undergraduate study at the University of St Andrews.

I am actively involved in lifestyle medicine and healthcare improvement. My long-term aim is to work in the community to deliver patient education, and improve and encourage autonomy of their health.

I have a particular interest in the role of lifestyle medicine and palliative care.

I’m really excited to be a part of BSLM, and with my role as a regional director for Manchester I hope to co-ordinate and encourage change in the North West.

Outside of medicine my interests are:
• Yoga & meditation
• Saxophonist
• Nutrition
• Wellbeing
• Travelling & getting outdoors!
