Dr Roopa Jaiswal graduated from King’s College London in 2004, and is an experienced GP. She has worked in some of the most deprived areas of London, to the opposite end of the spectrum. The common theme amongst all populations, regardless of socioeconomic status, was the need for a uniquely tailored lifestyle medicine prescription empowering the patient to take control. The overwhelmingly positive reception from her patients has led Roopa to formalise this role through the evidence-based Diploma of Lifestyle Medicine, leading the way to proactively nurture well-being and healthy longevity as a Primary Care Physician. She is actively involved in promoting Lifestyle Medicine among clinicians and the public.
